132 - Dragon Lights

Centerpiece is cardboard covered with spackling paste, then painted with Lumiere paints. Dragon (About Panache) stamped on tissue paper, then decoupaged to the paste, over black cardstock, handmade paper, onto shimmery gold cardstock.
